March 1, 2016

Starting today, Reiche 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders
will be participating in the UNICEF "Kid Power" Program. UNICEF "Kid Power" gives kids the power to save lives around the world.

Students and teachers
will be given a "Power Band" to wear during the month of March.
By getting active with the "Kid Power Band", kids go on missions to learn about new cultures and earn points. Syncing the bands shows the students how active they have been and the points they have earned. Points earned will unlock funding from "Kid Power" partners and UNICEF will deliver lifesaving packets of therapeutic food to severely malnourished children around the world. Bottom line, the more students move, the more points they earn, the more lives they can save.

Unicef "Kid Power", a powerful opportunity for Reiche students to make a difference!
